CAP 1621 (C.annuum)

CAP1621 from Institute of Plant genetics and Cultivated Plant research (IPK) di Gatersleben (Germany).
This variety from Spain was unclassified (Capsicum sp.) and really was a surprise! Not a wild, but indeed a Capsicum; pods grew and grew, till it become a true ... sweet pepper.
Pods were harvested, but not eated yet, so I don't know if some heat is present.

Plant has a compact habit with large, but very weak branches; it can't stand up straight without support.
Leaves are large and coriaceus, dark green.
Flower is large, white with purple anthers.
